Encryption

First, we will look at the encryption password used when encrypting your sensitive data, such as storage account connection strings, API keys and so on. The G2S encrypts sensitive data by default but using a unique password of your own gives you an extra layer of security.

On the next page, we will set up Azure Key Vault, Using Key Vault means no sensitive data gets saved to disk.

Head over to the preferences window and select the security tab. The first option we see is a password. Enter a unique password and click save.

Next, we will set up Key Vault.
